R&D VaporTech is a long-established specialist in vapor phase soldering for the electronics industry. Founded in the United States in 1996 and part of the IBL Group since 2013, the company develops and manufactures vapor phase soldering systems in Germany for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production. IBL has been the global leader in vapor phase technology since 1987.
Designed for high-volume manufacturing, the HS12/08-S combines the advantages of vapor phase soldering with a compact inline production architecture capable of continuous 24/7 operation. This fully automatic inline system redefines the standards of conventional reflow ovens.
 

The HS12/08-S is an inline vapor phase soldering system featuring advanced process control technologies, including precise reflow profile regulation through the AVR system, as well as optimized reflow cycle management and conveyor operation for high-throughput production.
All production parameters, alarms, and process stages are centralized on an integrated industrial PC and displayed on a 21.5-inch HMI touchscreen, providing efficient cycle monitoring, complete process traceability, and comprehensive production performance analysis.
