Inline Vapor Phase Reflow with Vacuum

 

The CCS 100 VAC is an inline vapor phase reflow oven with vacuum, designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This high-performance system stands out for its high flexibility, extraordinarily high throughput, and solder joint quality. Vapor phase technology combined with the vacuum process significantly increases the reliability of the finished product.
 

Thanks to its multiple large-capacity loading baskets, the machine meets the requirements of medium and high-volume production runs. The newly developed systems, along with the modular structure of the oven, reduce maintenance efforts, improving machine availability in production.
 

The machine’s HMI enables comfortable operation via a 21.5-inch touchscreen. It provides clear and precise real-time visualization of the various stages of the reflow cycle, as well as monitoring of the expected solder quality.
Data logging is handled by an integrated industrial PC, which can subsequently be leveraged through the various software layers developed specifically for this equipment.
 

In the era of Industry 4.0, the CCS 100 VAC integrates seamlessly into your production lines. Via the IPC-HERMES-9852 protocol, the machine communicates in real time with the entire line and automatically receives board metadata (BoardId, dimensions, orientation, WorkOrder) in order to automatically adjust its parameters. Furthermore, it also integrates protocols for the push and synchronization of production data to your MES and/or ERP system.
